 We loved eachother so
We were so happy
But then we didn't know

You would break my heart
And put me through such pain
Why are we apart?

You told me "I love you"
But what did it mean?
Were those words really true?

Now you're really gone
My life is so empty
'Cause of what was done

I'll go on, I must try
Still left with questions
And of you I ask "Why?
